As a mentor on Alumate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your background and experience
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with students
• Respect student privacy and confidentiality
• Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
• Provide valuable guidance based on your study abroad experience

2. Platform Usage

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for legitimate mentoring purposes
• Not share personal contact information outside the platform initially
• Report any inappropriate behavior from students
• Keep your profile information current and accurate

3. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your content while granting Alumate necessary usage rights for platform operation. You agree not to share copyrighted material without permission.

4. Privacy and Data

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the mentoring relationship at any time. Alumate reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alumate provides a platform for connecting mentors and students. We are not liable for the quality of mentoring relationships or outcomes of advice given.
